⚠️ Cancellations After 24 Hours

We begin production shortly after orders are placed. Therefore:

• If your order has already entered the production phase but not yet shipped, a minimum cancellation fee of 60% of the order value will apply (subject to product type).

• If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or refund it.

✏️ Order Modifications

You can request any changes (product, personalization, shipping address, etc.) within 24 hours of order placement. These changes are free of charge.

To request a modification, please email us or use our form and include:

• Your order number

• Details of the requested change

⚠️ Modifications After 24 Hours

If your order has already been produced but not yet shipped, we can remake the item per your new request. However, remake fees will apply depending on the product type.

If the order has already been shipped, we’re unable to accommodate further changes, including changes to the shipping address.
