How do I place my order?

How long will it take to ship my order?

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via DHL, USPS, FedEx and other prestigious firms! Depending on the type of product, processing time can take 4 to 10 business days. For more details, kindly refer to our Shipping Policy.

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 5-8 business days for US orders and 7-12 business days for international orders. Please check specific delivery and processing time at product checkout or our Shipping Policy

Please note: Your order may split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.

My tracking number isn’t working

Tracking numbers might take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
