Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please check the detailed information below and file a request for replacement or refund via our form below

Note: Our policy lasts 20 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date for replacement/refund requests only.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We will happy to either replace or refund the order in following cases:

  • Order delayed: The tracking has not been updated for more than 15 business days for orders within the US and more than 30 days for international orders.

  • The package was delivered to the incorrect address.

  • The package was returned to its sender though the address was valid and correct.

  • The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail.

  • The order arrived with the item(s) missing.

Caution:

  • No refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect our carriers. Thank you for understanding!

  • We are not responsible if an order gets delivered to the wrong address/invalid address entry provided by customers.

DEFECTIVE OR LOW-QUALITY ITEMS

We will happy to either replace or refund the order in following cases:

  • Items are incorrect or defective

  • Items are damaged or broken

  • Items are significantly different from the product description and images

  • Items are not what you ordered.

Caution:

  • No refunds can be issued for orders which items are broken due to improper care or in use.

  • We are not responsible if an order is incorrect size/designs/colors due to customer selection. Please review your order carefully before checkout to make sure you choose correct option.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at feedback@packwise.com.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@trilogygift.com.
